BCU 4star Canoe Leader Training
Cost: £160
Course Description
You will receive two days of training from one of Britains best Level 5 Coaches covering the entire syllabus for the necessary award. This includes: a variety of different personal paddling skills including:
- Sailing
- Paddling on grade 2 rapids
- Navigation
- Rescue skills
- Leadership and group skills
and much more.
The course will be based in the Lake District. Accomodation will not be provided but can be added on at cost if required. This is recomended as it makes a better course for everyone to stay together.
Candidates will be expected to bring their own necessary equipment for the training, however should you need any particular item we will try to help as best we can.
Pre-requisites
Min age 18. Hold the appropriate 3 star award or have the equivalent skills.
Payment required to secure a place, together with completed registration form. No refund given for failure to attend.
