How to make a booking
In order to book your child onto the Spring Bank Holiday Scheme you will need to do the following:
1. If your child is attending for the 1st time, or you haven’t completed a new registration since September 2009, then please complete a registration form. Registration Form
- One form is needed per child.
- If your child attends regularly we will need to have a form completed once a year (1st September per annum)
- If your contact details or personal information changes then a new form is required.
2. Complete a holiday booking form.
3. A deposit payment will be needed to secure your booking. This is 50% of the Total Booking Value and is non refundable.
- Payment can be made by debit or credit card by calling 0116 268 1426. We no longer accept personal cheques as a form of payment.
