At Leicester Outdoor Pursuits Centre, we offer three unique Outdoor Classrooms—perfect for groups to meet, learn, or simply take a break between activities. Whether you’re looking for a teaching space, a meeting room with a difference, or somewhere to relax in the fresh air, our outdoor classrooms provide flexible options to suit your needs.
The Barn
Capacity: 60–80 people
Built in June 2025, The Barn is a spacious and versatile structure located between our high ropes course and main building. It’s ideal for large group gatherings, workshops, or training sessions. Conveniently adjacent to the Tree Top Toilets (built September 2024), The Barn makes it easy to stay comfortable while enjoying the outdoors.
The Stable
Capacity: 30–40 people
Located on the opposite side of the high ropes course, The Stable is slightly smaller and cozier. Often used as a dining area during residentials, it sits conveniently next to our camping village. It’s perfect for mid-sized groups looking for a sheltered space to eat, meet, or learn.
The Pagoda
Capacity: Around 10 people
For a more intimate experience, The Pagoda overlooks the river and is ideal for small groups. Use it as a quiet spot to reflect after an activity, enjoy a snack, or hold a mini classroom session in a beautiful outdoor setting.
