‘Active ageing’ Are you recently retired or over 50?, Want to try something new? Think outdoor pursuits is just for the young? Calling all 50's and over, It is important to do a level of physical activity to maintain our physical fitness in terms of flexibility, mobility and to feel energised and to maintain a good sense of well being.
These sessions will be on most Wednesday, Thursday and Friday afternoons starting at 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm with tea /coffee and biscuits provided after the session. Each week of the month we will be offering a different activity as listed below. The cost is £10 per person per visit.
