
Yoga on a paddle board is a fun way to test our yoga skill on the water and in nature. The paddle board becomes our yoga mat! The benefits of this is as you practice yoga on the board, the board itself gives feedback on your movement, helping you to improve your agility and balance. Also being out in nature cultivates a sence of peace and calm
