This is a great activity that involves trust, communication and cooperation.
We have a small platform at the top of what looks like a very high telegraph pole. You need to get your whole team to the top. You'll need to cooperate with each other as there is very little space for manoeuvre. Once you've got everyone up comes the real trust test, hold on to each other and lean back.
Typically we send up groups of 3 to 4, as we take it turns to go through the team.
