We’re a charity providing outdoor activities in Leicester that inspire and motivate people of all ages. Now we need a Grounds Keeper & Maintenance Worker to keep our site looking its best.
Your Role
Grounds Care: Mowing, strimming, hedge cutting, pruning, chopping wood, and clearing rubbish.
Site Maintenance: Tool upkeep, building repairs, and accurate maintenance logs.
Extra Tasks: Greet visitors politely, wear uniform proudly, and drive our minibus when needed.
What We Need
Age 21+ with a D1 / Grandfather driving license.
Grounds maintenance experience (mowing, strimming, hedge cutting).]
Basic building repair skills and tool maintenance knowledge.
Reliable, independent, and physically fit for outdoor work in all weather.
Professional and friendly with visitors.
(DBS and criminal record check required.)
Desirable Skills
Health & Safety knowledge.
Minibus driving experience.
Qualifications in maintenance, horticulture, or first aid.

Essential Information
Hourly pay rate is dependent on qualifications and experience.
Typical working hours are 1 day a week, extra work time maybe offered on an add-hoc basis.
