Team Communication Day
"We have two ears and one mouth so that we can listen twice as much as we speak." - Epictetus

Good communication is the basis of any teamwork, without it cooperation and collaboration can't exist. Quite often a team's biggest fault is that they don't communicate enough or effectively. This can lead to all kinds of problems such as misunderstandings, mistakes that could have been avoided and missed opportunities.
Not only this but bad communication can also lead to a lack in quality, productivity and sales, as team members don't cooperate with one another working on their own rather than with their colleagues.
Our aim is to help you and your colleagues to improve those basic communication skills. We want your team to gain a better understanding of the importance of effective communication, how they can achieve it and what difference it will make at the work place. We can also attempt to tackle any specific problems your organisation may have in communication.

play when communicating in different situations.
