Outdoor Exercise Sessions
Outdoor activities with an exercise focus
LOPC has set up an activity programme that is designed to have a focus on exercise and good health. These will be our typical outdoor pursuits activities but designed to give you that extra focus on improving aspects of your health and fitness.
This is ideal for people looking to get out and exercise but also fancy something a bit different to your typical fitness programme.
There will be three aims on our programme:
- Get active through outdoor pursuits.
- Improve fitness and strength.
- Learn more about how you can take these
activities further should you want to participate in them more regularly.
There will be a session every Monday evenings at 5:30 pm finishing at 7:00 pm. We will alternate the activities each week mainly focusing on Climbing and Paddle Sports and Sup Yoga (If the weather is unsuitable it would be an indoor yoga session) as these are the most physical activities we run. The programme will start at the beginning of May and run through to end of September.
Each session will cost £10, unless you are an Adventure Club member, in which case the price will go down to £8 (discount code needed). Minimum age is 18 years.
