Typical session structure

Introduction to the activity, talk about aims of the session

Fit safety kit

Warm up

Get a feel for climbing on the bouldering wall

Safety brief and explanation of how to use the ropes

Climb on the climbing wall

Play any climbing games

Warm Down and put kit away

Debrief
